Viola Davis and Taraji P. Henson @ The SAG Awards

I think both ladies hit it out of the park this time around. Viola, who's beautiful looks always seem to be downplayed in the movies, is looking quite glamorous in this yellow David Meisterat and Taraji looks so sultry in this white Herve Leroux gown that I've already forgotten how annoying I found her character in "Baby Boy." I cannot wait to see what they wear at the Oscars.

One of Taraji & Viola's best ensembles. They really look stunning beyond belief. Wow . . . I, too can't wait to see what they wear to the Oscars.

Yes, and yes to both ladies. Viola is a gorgeous woman and I agree with you about her beauty being downplayed, unfortunately.

Beautiful Viola Davis FTW! She keeps on knocking it out of the park with these red carpet looks-- beautiful dresses, fly hair, and gorgeous (!!) skin. I hope for big things from this lovely lady!

As for Taraji, ok dress but I still don't understand why she keeps on getting acting jobs. She couldn't act her way out of a paper bag.

Viola was stunning, though I thought she could use a bold lip color.
Taraji improved on that day-at-the-mall dress from the Golden Globes, but the hair was still boring.

Taraji was pretty good in "Talk to Me" although admittedly the part didn't really call for that much subtlety.

I agree. They both look beautiful.

It's amazing when you can tell that an actor or actress has been classically trained. Ms. Davis definitely gives off that vibe. I'm a Law and Order fan so I know her mostly from her roles on that show. But I am thrilled that she has been recognized for her work on the big screen. I hope to see more of her and her peers in film and on the red carpet for serious roles instead of your typical "urban comedy".

They both looked SO fantastic and I love the specific shade of yellow Viola Davis was wearing. It's so buttery and rich and luxurious. I have plans to see Doubt next week with a friend but I already saw Benjamin Button and Taraji P. Henson gave my favorite performance hands down. It was all about her and Tilda Swinton. The supporting characters were faaaaar more interesting than the main ones in that specific film.

Also, did you see Taraji when she was on Chelsea Lately? She was seriously hilarious.

Ugh. Anytime I remember to catch that show she always has the worst guests on. I'll be watching for the rerun :)

That shade of yellow on Viola is beyond brilliant. I have to disagree with Anon. about the lip color...I was just admiring her lips before I read the comments. The way she's done her make up works for me.
